⸻
I advise NBA and MLB organizations on player performance, development systems, and decision-making that impact on-court results.
My work sits at the intersection of performance, evaluation, and strategy—helping organizations improve consistency, project player readiness, and align development with competition.
Advisory Areas:
* Player Performance & Development
* Mental Performance Integration
* Decision-Making Under Pressure
* Player Evaluation & Scouting Insight
* Performance Risk Assessment (Draft / Trade / Development)
* Performance Strategy & Organizational Alignment
In addition to working directly with players and coaching staffs, I advise front offices on mental performance evaluation—assessing decision-making, competitiveness, and composure to inform draft and development strategy.
Use this under your current role (Mavericks / White Sox crossover positioning):

TCA = The Crafted Athlete ( my brand)
OC = Private Practice in So Cal
*Can’t you just combine 2/3? Adding a college on would just like having a client? It would all depend how many hours you spend. Remember you don’t need basketball from a team standpoint-they need you!!
- great point! The move to OC seems like amazing Major Anchor - meeting with him (Dr. Strack) this Wednesda - he’s with A’s.
- Next move is solidifying an agency or multiple ones for spring work
Ranked:
Top 3 Options to think over.
Option 2: OC + Agency Work Basketball Specific + TCA
* pros: gives me the chance to move to California! I’d be able to work and create something long term, not coach or management dependant. Agency allows me to be able to work in basketball and move the way I need to.
* cons: agency would limit who I can work with. No more ‘team’ enviorment unless I picked one up as a client.
Actionable Items:
- [ ] Which agency: WME Basketball, Lyfe Sports, CAA, Wasserman, Klutch + AIQ for assessment testing.
- [ ] Set up arrangement with OC.
- [ ] Continue to run everything under TCA LLC - get with account. Base out of dallas, have 2 locations.
Combine
OC + Basketball Part Time + TCA big clients/teams
* pros: California! Working with a team allows me to fill my cup. TCA allows me flexibility to work with whoever I want!
* cons: May be out of the “pro sport environment” maybe not the best move. Individuals yes. But I want to be in a pro space
Actionable Items:
- [ ] Set up arrangement with OC.
- [ ] Pick a college program and partner with a young coach.
- [ ] Continue to run everything under TCA LLC - get with account. Base out of dallas, have 2 locations.
Option 1: Step back into full time NBA (has to be the right opportunity)
* pros: I know the space and have a chance to create a program. Basketball fills my cup.
* cons: I know the space and what I will have to deal with. Not sure if I want that type of commitment anymore. Think I have enough experience to never have to do full time again

Option 4: MLB + Basketball Part Time + TCA
* pros: pro space, maybe college or pro basketball, clients on side with TCA. Sox really like me here and want more
* cons: tough to swing. Would only stay in MLB if they let me have flexibility and use specific skill sets. Too many wasted hours. Need time and flexibility more than I need money at this life stage. May over extend myself here.
